This program is ongoing and renewable at four week intervals. Advance payment/registration is recommended by credit card or check via the convenience of PayPal. Advance payments are also accepted by check via U.S. Mail (click here for payment mailing address). Check or cash is accepted at the time of class. Advance reservations guarantee class availability.
Please contact us in advance for space availability if you are planning to pay on your first day. Space is limited to 20 participants per class-hour and reserved for beginner/entry level participants. No experience necessary. Classes are open to women of all fitness levels and stages of life.
Note: Credit/debit card payments must be verified through PayPal prior to class for credit. Please bring your receipt to class. Payment by cash or check can be made at the time of class, or in advance by check via U.S. Mail. Class tuition is not refundable.
